Delete Gmail-derived data

Remove Pointum's Gmail API access and everything imported through that OAuth connection.

Delete from Pointum

  1. Sign in with the Pointum account that connected Gmail and open Wallet.
  2. Select Disconnect Gmail.
  3. Confirm deletion. No separate request or waiting period is required.

What is deleted

  • The encrypted Google OAuth access and refresh credential.
  • Balances imported through the Gmail API connection.
  • The connection's derived program/sender metadata and sync state.

Balances you entered manually and other Pointum account data are not removed by Disconnect Gmail.

Revoke access at Google

You can also revoke Pointum from your Google Account connections.

Revoking at Google prevents future access, but it does not instruct Pointum to delete previously derived data. Use Disconnect Gmail in Wallet as well.

Your Gmail mailbox is unchanged

Pointum's connection is read-only. Disconnecting does not delete or modify any Gmail message, and Pointum has no stored message bodies, subjects, snippets, or attachments to retain.
